3 Charming Creamy Beverages

These healthy light beverages are surprisingly tasty alternative to the usual drinks. Since they contain no alcohol, you can only be drunk by their charming taste and smell.

Beverage of Amond Milk And Spices

Ingedients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of almonds that have previously been staying in the water for 8 hours
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or 4-6 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • a pinch of sea salt

How to make it:

Put drained almonds in the blender and mix them along with water for about 2-3 minutes. Strain the mixture through the cheesecloth (throw away the pulp) and that way you’ll make the nice almond milk. In the clean blender mix the almond milk with the rest of the prepared ingredients until you make nice and smooth mass. Put it in the refrigerator until it cold enough for you.

Beverage With Pears

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 juicy pears (you don’t need to peel them)
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of rice, almond or soy
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cashew
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 8-12 drops of stevia

How to make it:

Mix all ingredients in a blender, so you get a smooth mass.  Put it in the refrigerator and cool it at least 1 hour before serving. Before serving, shake the beverage and give it a magical look by sprinkling it with cinnamon.

Creamy Beverage

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 ml mleka (you can choose the one you prefer)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • stevia (as much as you like)

How to make it:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender (except chia seeds) and mix them until the mixture becomes smooth. Pour the mixture in a glass and add chia seeds. Wait for about 15-20 minutes and the seeds will be soaked enough.
