- Unsweetened Almond milk 1 ½ cup
- ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
- sea salt ¼ teaspoon
- chia seeds 1/3 cup
- unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup
- maple syrup 2-5 tablespoon (to taste)
Take a mixing bowl and add the all ingredients mentioned above except the sweetener in it. Now there are two ways of making this pudding, according to your preference you have the option of blending the mixture or just whisking all the ingredients together. If you decide to blend it, you can sweeten the mixture by adding maple syrup in it later.
This mixture should be covered and allowed to rest overnight, if you are on a time limit 3-5 hours will be enough, just keep it in a fridge until it achieves a pudding like consistency.
