This recipe is quite easy to prepare and it will take up only 20 minutes of your time. Perfect meal after a busy day at work.
- 500g of tagliatelle
- 75g of vegan margarine or olive oil
- 50g of vegan Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 5 spoons of crushed natural tomato
- 1 glass of vegan Vodka
- 200 ml of vegan cream
- Salt and pepper
- a pinch of chili
Place tagliatelle in plenty of boiling water, season them, and always stir to prevent from sticking during the cooking process. To prepare the sauce use another pan, preferably a big one where you will place margarine, chili and tomato. Stir continuously so that it melts properly without getting burnt. Add the vegan cream (don’t forget to stir all the gravy). Wait until it boils and then pour the glass of vodka, wait for a while for it to reduce a bit and then add vegan Parmesan cheese. Mix well and add a pinch of pepper. Finally mix cooked tagliatelle with the sauce and serve hot.
