For today we made a list of delicious vegan snack recipes that are easy to prepare and don’t take much time.
1. Chocolate Hemp Balls
Here’s a great recipe for you when you want to eat something sweet and to prepare it very fast.
Ingredients for 6 balls:
- 200 g raisins
- 100 g hulled hemp seeds
- 150 g coconut flour
- 10 tablespoons cocoa
- orange peel, vanilla seeds (optional)
Soak raisins in hot water and leave it to swell (about 5 minutes). Wash and drain. Place in the blender, add hemp seeds and blend. If needed, add a bit of water, orange juice or rum. Blend well. Add cocoa and blend slowly, then increase speed. Add coconut flour and if you want orange peel, vanilla or any other aroma. Shape into small balls and roll in extra hemp seeds.
2. Quick Clif Bars
- ¾ cup quick oats or rolled oats
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup agave nectar
Chop raisins. In a cereal bowl mix all dry ingredients and then stir in the peanut butter. Add in the agave syrup and mix until you form a dough. Line a pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough to it. Press down evenly with a second sheet of parchment paper. Freeze the pan at least one hour, then cut the bars with a sharp knife.
3. Homemade Tortilla Chips
One of the easiest vegan snacks you can prepare very quickly. You’ll need only five minutes to prepare it and about 10 minutes to cook it.
- 6 corn tortillas, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a bowl, place tortilla wedges, olive oil and salt and toss the ingredients. Arrange tortilla wedges in a layer over a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes until crispy and golden. Serve with your favorite vegan cheese dip, guacamole, or salsa.
4. Sandwiches with Chickpeas

5. Rice cakes with banana
The last and the easiest recipe we’ve chosen for this list are these delicious rice cakes with banana, almond butter and cinnamon.
- 2 brown rice cakes of your choice
- 1 banana
- raw almond butter
Cover rice cakes in almond butter, add sliced banana and sprinkle with cinnamon. And that’s it!
