- 200 gr of raisins
- 100 gr hulled organic hemp seeds
- 150 gr coconut flour
- 10 tablespoons of cocoa, without sugar
- if desired: orange peel, vanilla seeds…
How to make it:
Soak the raisins in hot water and leave them to plump up, which takes about 5 minutes. Then rinse them out and strain. Put them in blender, add hemp seeds and mix. If needed, add little water, juice or rum. Make sure it’s ground well, then add cocoa and mix slowly for some time, then up the speed. Add coconut flour and orange peel, vanilla seeds or other flavor you prefer. Shape the mass into snack sized balls and roll them in the hemp seeds.
