French Vegan Sandwich with Fruit

Here is one fantastic idea for a super easy meal: fruit sandwich. It takes only 10 minutes to be prepared. Try it out, it might become one of your favorite breakfast or picnic meals.

Fruit sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6 bread slices
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 1 apple (grated)
  • ½ cup pineapple jam
  • black salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ½ cup vegan  butter
  • 3-4 strawberries (sliced)

Preparation:

Cut the brown side of the bread slices, you won’t need them for these sandwiches. Spread butter on one side and pineapple jam on the other side. Now place the fruits on bread slice you spread the butter on. Sprinkle black pepper powder, black salt and chaat masala. Finally, cover all with the pineapple bread slice.
