Fruity Quinoa Shake

If you are looking for a perfect meal after the sport exercises, maybe you should try this shake. Quinoa is rich in carbohydrates, minerals and a complete protein that contains all nine of the essential amino acids. Flax is rich in omega 3 acids and E vitamin. Fruit contains vitamins, plant enzymes, antioxidants… Therefore, this is a magic potion.


Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa, without salt
  • desired fruit (we recommend raspberries and blackberries, or bananas and peaches)
  • 1 cup of ground flax
  • few dates


In the blender mix cold cooked quinoa, grounded flax and fruits you prefer (and if necessary add a little of water). If the beverage is not sweet enough for you or you need more calories add dates and mix along with all the other ingredients. Pour the shake in the glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
