Stuffed Baked Peaches

Stuffing baked fruit seems simple, but different kinds of fruit contain different amount of acidity and you should know what kind of stuffing you fill fruit with. Depending on fruit, the stuffing should be more or less sweet. If you choose peaches, here is the caramelized stuffing that is perfectly combined with them.

Stuffed Baked Peaches


  • 6 peaches
  • 12 peeled almonds
  • 100 g of  ground almonds
  • 100 g of honey
  • small bottle of rum flavor
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 30 g of sugar


In a bowl put ground almonds, sugar, honey, lemon juice and rum flavor and mix well until you get a nice mass. Cut each peach to halves and pit them. Now fill the peaches with the mass you prepared. Put the stuffed peaches in the casserole and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. When they are baked, decorate with almonds and serve.
