- large chopped ripe banana 1
- rolled oats ½ cup
- almond milk 1 cup
- coconut oil 1 tsp
- Natural peanut butter ½ tbsp.
- ground nutmeg ¼ tsp
- chia seed 1 tsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- pure vanilla extract 1 tsp
- peanut butter
- pure maple syrup
The first step requires cooking of the banana, take a medium sized pot and cook the banana in coconut oil in medium heat. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Then add the peanut butter in the banana mixture and still until well combined.
Then add the almond milk, oat meal, chia seed and salt. Whisk all the ingredient until they are full incorporated in each other.
The mixture is still on heat let it come to low boil, after that lower your heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
